25 major HBCU football events for the 2026 season, grouped by delivery wave. Each row shows the event date, the schools involved, the target date to have stock ready, and days remaining until that deadline. Amber = urgent (under 21 days). Red = overdue.
The 30/60/90 day selector filters this list by stock-by deadline so you're only seeing what actually needs decisions now.
Start typing in the Product field β it auto-searches your live Shopify catalog. Pick a match and if you've set "Cost per item" in Shopify, the wholesale cost fills in automatically. If not, it stays blank for you to type. Retail price shows as a small hint underneath.
Need by is when you need the stock in hand. Defaults to 14 days out. When you tag the wave to a football event, it auto-fills with that event's stock-by date. Vendors see this as the hard deadline for the order.
Ship to defaults to DC Apparel Store. For a pre-event drop that needs to go directly to a pop-up venue, switch to Alternate location and add the address.
Tag to event lets you attach a wave to a specific football event. The wave label becomes "Wave N Β· Event name" and the need-by auto-fills. Optional.
Enter your size breakdown and the subtotal calculates as you type. The summary at the top tracks total pieces, line count, and need-by date. The grand total shows what you're about to commit.
Save purchase order writes the order to your inventory as a new wave, ready to be sent to the vendor.
