What each color means
- Blue chips — team members scheduled to work
- Teal chips — approved time off
- Amber chips — shift swaps
- Indigo chips (light) — pop-ups
- Indigo chips (dark) — HBCU dates
- Green chips — US holidays
- Red-tinted chips — Don's in-store days
Navigating
- Use ◀ and ▶ to change months
- Tap Today to jump back to the current month
- Tap any day to see everything happening that day
Managing schedules
Tap the ⚙ Schedules button in the header to set which days each team member normally works. Once set, they'll show automatically each week.
Adding events
Tap the + Event button to add a one-off event (meeting, appointment, etc.) — visible to the whole team.
